Anyone with India/EB2/Feb'02 I-485 still pending ?

Mine is EB2/Feb'02 PD case, but I have not heard any update on my and spouse case so far ? Any idea what could be the reason ? Anyone else in same type of situation ?

Did you send email asking about status ? do you know if your Name Check / Back gorund Check is complete ?

No not yet. I am under the impression that I have to wait for 30 days sinec PD becomes current before I can inquire ?

I am in a similar situation. My PD is Jan 2002, 485 was filed in Jan 2005, still pending, obviously for FBI Name Check :mad: And I am sure there are many more people in similar situation like us...

Sinec I have received no update on my case (India/EB2/PD 02-02), I am planning to enquire about my case status from USCIS.

I understand that one can do by sending emails and also by phone.

Is there any prefable method?

Also if someone can write me email id (if possible with letter format) and phone #, I shall be thankfull.
