***** Anyone with I-485 RD prior to 05.2002 waiting for 2nd FP? *****

How sure you are?

Becuase I did my 2nd FP in Laset December and My spouse did not get the 2nd FP so far. I thought my case still pending because that.

RD: 4/10/02
FP1: June 02
FP2: Dec 03 (for my self).
AD: ????
 
Do you have any cases handy to prove that? As per this forum's observation, NOT a single case is approved with expired FP. Do you know, if your friends gave late FP1? Mar/Apr 02 folks all gave early FP1, so they must expire, before VSC touched their cases.

If you have enough evidence, please post.

I actually know of several people who applied in March/April 2002 and got approved recently without RFE or 2nd FP.
