Anyone with early Dec2001 I-485 application and still waiting for 2nd FP or RFE :(

Hi,

My case details:

RD is Dec 16th, 2001.
ND is Dec 18th, 2001.
1st FP is May, 2002.

Still waiting for 2nd FP and RFE also. The online message has not changed from the received 1st FP for a LONG time.
 
Looks like now very few of us are left who haven't seen activity on our cases. I raised a phone inquiry today. IIO told that I should hear some reply from INS in next 30 days. Will update u once I hear anything
 
Could it be that your names are commonly used? I just heard that our case is held because of name check. And the time taken for this ranges from 1 month to 1.5 years, depending on how common your name is.

In my case, it was my parents in law's fault. From now on, I am turning my anger to them instead of CSC! :)
