Anyone with EAD renewal 10/25/03 not approved?

Applied 25th october and nothing yet.

Hi guys

My EAD RD is on Sep 24 2003. Still no approval. But I got
my interim EAD (from local office - Boston) on Jan 8 2004.
This interim EAD is valid for another 8 months (Sep 8 2004).
I was thinking that the delay is because of my RFE with
I-140. BCIS received the reply to the RFE on Dec 01 2003.
I am hoping to get a response within a week or two and later
hoping to get my EAD and AP approved.

My EAD renewal RD is Oct 3, 2003 and today I got an interim EAD from Boston CIS office.

I have applied 10/01/03 , Still waiting, my EAD is going to expire this month 27th.

FYI

I've scripted 1000 cases with notice date 10/17/2003, 350 of them are EAD application. Within the 350 cases, 216 cases have not been touched. There are some approvals, but mostly they were approved before 2004. I guess those cases are not c(9) (I-485 pending like most of us). If you check the processing date in USCIS web site, the processing date for EAD for c(8) (based on a pending asylum application) is far ahead of c(9).

Based on the above script results, I'm afraid you have to wait longer.
