did anyone in this forum with ND in the last week of December receive Interview date or anything at all. i did call up the 1 800 number and was told that my files are probably in the process of being transferred. she actually said that is her guess but she will let us know the situation by the end of this week. she took our number and said she would call us up and to call her incase she does'nt. just waitng until Friday. will let u guys know the outcome. My concern is that i have recd nothing at all. not even FP. i do have a EAD from my previous application in EB3 category.
 
fp but no interview

my apps were received on Dec 20th 2006 and i got the FP notice like a week later. unforunately i got a big cut on my right thumb and cdn't do my fingerprints until around January 23rd. Nothing else so far.

I think there are just so many immigrants out of NY state that our cases are slower than most other states.
 
I am also a late December file (dec.19th is my NOA date). According to recent posts and processing times, USCIS is processing applications Oct30-Nov 30 right now, so that is why no December people have gotten interview notices or EAD yet. I don't suspect USCIS will get to mid/late December until end of February-early March. it is taking about 75 days from notice date to get Ead and interview notices, so try counting 75 days from your notice date and that might help you figure when you'll see some movement. also it would be good if we could all update in the December filing thread to see if/when December applications start moving.
 
I scheduled infopass re my EAD card and name check pending in ny. They told me that my interview was in Garden City so my file is still there. They cannot do anything re the name check.

I didn't apply for EAD until Nov. I found out there was LUD update on my I-765 on the infopass day.

I am curious, if anyone had same experience: you made enquiry about your case through infopass, did it show LUD update on the same day?

02/02/07 - I 485, I 765, I 130 sent to Chicago
02/06/07 - checks cashed
02/06/07 - ND for above forms
02/08/07 - FP notice
03/03/07 - FP date

hey, i just finished my biometrics appt on feb 24th and when i check my I485 case no i see there is an RFE in the mail. Cant wait till tommorow to see what it is?. what kind of Rfe do they usually send? in cases where the person is sposored by citizen hubby?

i waited for 3 yrs and 3 months to get the GC:mad: :mad: :mad:

begin with October 2003 :( :eek: untill December 2006

very long ,,,,,,,,uscis has a poor service frequently :mad:

just wanted to know if anyone from DO NYC recd interview notices recently. i applied in the last week of december and recd an RFE last week for medical and marriage certificate. will send them in by the end of this week hopefully. just wanted to see how far the processing dates have progressed.
