Anyone with Dec-2001 ND Approved?

Has anyone with ND in Dec-2001 been approved on EB3?
Once atleast one guy here gets approved, others in Dec can have some hope.
I know that some person with ND as Nov-29-2001 has been approved.

Do you think the length of time it takes INS to approve cases falls under "cruel and unusual punishment?"
