anyone with CSC - WAC-01-XXXX pending?

Anyway, SM, not even I can stay pissed at you for ever!
We have crossed that bridge and seems we are square now.
You fixed my monitor so I think I can safely say, I have no hard feelings no more.
Kidding.;) Lost my hard feelings a while back. I tend to have short term selective memory.

I think you need to send faxes 30 days after the JIT.

But since JIT is 11/16 for last 8 months you guys should have 100 faxes already....

I think you should bug INS, so much that they pick up your case.

Did u get in touch with a congress man or senator???
 
Did anyone scan wac01 cases ..

Just wondering how many WAC01 cases are pending ... now that we have better approximation of wac02 cases, with all credits to Kashmir ..

Is there a thread for scanned results of WAC01 ???

It is very encouraging to see so many people in the same boat.

My case history is like this

PD 03/99
I-485 RD : 08/01
I-484 ND : 09/01

1st FP Done : 09/02.

Job changed( after 180 days ) in 11/02. Ensured same job description and better salaray then original labour approval.

Sent AC21 documents to the INS.

2nd EAD applied in 09/02.
2nd EAD Approved in 05/03.

485 Still pending..
Message says " received fingerprints, case being processesed...."

Please feel free to add my case also to your various lists.
