Anyone with Chicago morning oath experience

Does anyone have Chicago morning oath experience? Please share your experience. Our oath is scheduled for 8am at the USCIS office in Congress Parkway Road next Tue (3/30) and we have to figure a way to send the kids to school.

1) How early should we be there?
2) How is the security at that time? (it was very slow when we went for our inteview, took 10 or may be even 15 minutes I would say just for 3 people ahead of us). If there going to be hundreds at that time I wonder how bad it will be
3) Attire - I know it says proper attire is required. Would business casual dress shirt and pants do or would I look odd if I am not in suit or a sport coat/jacket?

I have a question. We are having our N-400 interview next month at Chicago( Congress Parkway). Do they allow you to carry cell phones into building or not ??? Thanks for reply.

I have my citizenship interview scheduled for March 30th @ 9:15AM. I guess it will be very crowded because of the oath ceremony.
