How can we get I-485 through congressman?

Hi, Would you post the details about getting EAD through a
congressman? Do you think we can do the same to get I-485
approved? thank you in advance.

The principle applicant\'s case was approved on April 1, 2002. Have sent inquiry sheet many times to INS;got one response from INS saying "we adjust cases with RD 04/01/01."
