Since we started seeing lot of approvals with \'99 RD, I am wondering about the pending \'98 RDs. Is anyone out there?

My Company name has changed since i applied the 485, the 2nd ref related to that. I gave the FP 15 months back. I do not know, whether i have to go for FP again.

For the 2nd rfe, Have they filed 140 again or sent a letter saying the tax id of the company remains the same?
Let me know.
I have sent my first rfe (emp letter on 8/24). My company name changed after i filed my 485. Waiting to see what will happen.
Nd 1/99 fp 6/1/99. FP is going to expire tomorrow.
Are you from Rapidigm or IGTE?

My lawyer replied to the 2nd RFE. They said no need for new I140 since only the company name changed not the tax id. If it is merger or bought out, then i140 is must. My FP expired already. I am some what prepared for any development( FP redo or I140). If any new development, i will post here.

Is it 1st RFE or 2nd one ?. What about your FP, is it expired ?

My details ND 12/98 FP done 5/99 2nd RFE rec by VSC 8/21, waiting for decision.
