Anyone whose fingerprints got rejected by FBI due to bad quality?

What was your experience with the second appointment? Was it successful and what precautions you took to help, like asking the officer to pay more attention to those "red light warnings" or something else?

Please share your experience.

I am in the same boat. I am not certain if it was due to bad quality but that is what my lawyer said. I am scheduled for re-take on 2/11 ... If anyone out there has any information about fingerprinting, please post!

Hi
How soon and in which way (email, status message change, etc) you found out that FP are not good?
Thanks

My wife and I did FP the same day. In about 10 days, my online status has changed to "FP received, processing resumed...", but my wife's status remained the same. I called both CIS and FBI and found out that her FP were unreadable. Calling them is the only way to know what really happened. We waited ~3 month to get her second appointment. For the second time, her FP went through just fine.

have you seen any LUDs online before this 10th day message change?
Unfortunately, VSC doesn't seem to update the message when they receive the FPs....
