Please help.
I entered the US on an Advanced Parole, recently.
I was not asked any questions. The INS officer stamped my passport, AP and I94 with the following: -
“Your admission cannot be authorized at this time. You are Paroled till December XX, 2003.
Condition: Adjustment of Status
Port: -XXX, Date:-MM/DD/YY, Immig Officer:-XXXXâ€￾

Can anyone who has used AP post as to their stamp looks the same?
My main concern is the first sentence "Your admission cannot be authorized at this time" Does everyone get this sentence.

Thanks for your help.

I have used AP twice at Phily POE

I have used my AP twice at Phily POE, my question is where did they stamp or write this message "Your admission cannot be authorized at this time", Would you please post your reply, I will keep post my AP stamping details...Thanks.

No Title

Generally, if you are using AP at port of entry, they will take you inside INS office (because in counter computer will not have access to AP information). Officer will issue a token (number). After few minutes the officer will call you and stamp passport, I94 and AP.

May be in your case, they don\'t have access to database or system down during that period. I checkd my I94 and AP nothing was written like that.

This is only my guess and obeservation.

Canada-US border or System Down

Troublegc and Kon,

Thanks for your help.
This stamp is on my passport, arrival stamp on my AP and the I94. I entered by road from the Canada-US border. Either it is because of that or may be the system was down.
