Anyone who have not gotten 2nd FP ?

I got second FP. You can not ask for that and TSC issues it at its descretion.

2nd FP

My 1st FP expired about a month ago, I initiated inquiries on both my case and my wife's. We have not received 2nd FP notice, nor have we received anything other than "case assigned to supervisor"

I haven't received any notice for 2nd FP either, and I've seen cases getting approved without 2nd FP.

Try to make contact with your local congressman and make an inquiry to CIS . You can not get approval wothout valid FP. Or just walk into your local ASC office to do the FP. Someone in this forum said that worked for them. I remember they said Saturday is fine for the walk-in. Good luck to you all.
