I have a job offer from the client (company B). My consulting firm (company A) gave me a copy of my Green card papers ie labor approval and I 140 approval. I have an extension of my H1 done recently based on my approved I 140. Now the client would like to hire me
My questions.
1. Can my company A revoke the I 140 and prevent the priority date transfer
(I read in couple of forums that they could but would like some inputs from someone who has done this process )
