Is there anyone waiting for oath letter thru indianapolis office. Please share your time line.
N-400 Timeline:

ID:6/27/05
No oath yet.......

I have infopass for 11th october to find out what the heck is going on. this is getting ridiculous... :mad:
 
Im pretty sure those dates are for processing n-400. Its already been processed and I have done my interview. Officer sd they couldnt make a decision yet because "fingerprints check" has not come back yet. So more than three months later im still waiting for oath letter.....
 
the lmmigration officer told me that it was the "name check" still pending. She said there is absolutely nothing I can do to speed up the process. She said the name check takes anywhere from 30 days to a year. So I guess I just wait.....When I asked about the 120 days close to being passed she said I could check on the case every 120 days. She also said they check for "name checks" in their system every week.....
