Anyone waiting after 2nd Fp but with NO RFE

I got a medical RFE in Oct 2002 and responded in Dec 2002. I thought that is going to be it. Then I received 2nd FP notice in May 2003 and did it the same month. I have noticed people who got RFE along with their 2nd FP are getting approved as soon as they respond to their RFE.
Is there any one in this boat with 2nd Fp but no RFE?

1st FP - 4/30/02

Got RFE for EAD renewal only that too for the spouse to show marriage certificate and copy of I-140 of the primary.

Nothing after that.
