Anyone using Infopass to make an appointment with Norfolk, VA local office?

Anyone getting such message from Infopass?

When I tried to make an appointment with Norfolk, VA local office, I received this information:

"At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later."

If I used other Zip code for different office, it seemed to work fine!

Please help if you know something. Thank you in advance.

The message you got is because the center does not have open appts currently.. Keep trying. Most of the busy centers (like Northern VA) are also getting similar messages...
