Anyone used AC 21 while 485 is in process

Has anyone in the group used AC 21 while their 485 applications are in queue? I have been laid off recently while my 485 is pending. PD 1999, ND 07/2001 eb3, FP 03/20/2003.Would like to know if anyone has a similar situation and what are the advantages and disadvantages of applying for unemployment benefits.
 
In the same boat....

Sorry to hear that, I am in the same situation, looking for job for last 3 months while 485 pending (ND 10/01).

Suggestions in this forum say do not claim unemployed benefits varied reasons for it.
