Anyone talked to IO lately

I called the 1800-375-5283 today to reach an IO but looks like the menu options have changed and the good old call sequence 1-2-2-6-2-4 to reach a live person doesn't works any more.

Can someone please share the new call sequence .

Try option 1-2-3..just worked for me to get to a live person.
