Are there still quite a few folks left with the above ND or am i only part
of a 1 or 2 person group left in a limbo. My friend whose ND was Sept 25 99 just card his Plastic card also. It is so frustrating to see INS has so much randomness in approving cases. I take solace in those poor souls who have a ND of August 99 and still waiting. It is amazing that I finished 10 years in this country and still waiting for my GC..
