Delayed FP in newark NJ

rd 04/99 nd 05/99 fp 06/16/00 in newark NJ. I am seeing approval for the April 99. Our FP got delayed because of backlog in Newark NJ. Does this mean Newark NJ June FP guys delayed. FBI cleared the prints on 6/26/00. Do not know how long it will be for the FP to reach VSC.
