It all depends on where you reside. Some places allow, others dont. The only way to find that out is to actually go there and try. There is no harm in that. Worst come worse, they will send you back... No harm no foul

My wife got her FP scheduled for mid october....
My I140 RD: 3/14/03, FP 8/03.
Looks like they kept my case on hold while waiting for my wifes FP .....( dont know...trying to think of all possible excuses)
