Anyone still waiting from sept/oct 2002?

Would like to know how many of you are still waiting for approval with RD in sept/oct2002?

My RD -WAC03-003-XXXXX-(oct 2002)
RFE reciebved May2004

My attorney says since there was a fingerprint pending from my wife when the RFE was recieved by CIS and since fingerprint was only completed in August 2004 it has just been sent for adjudication...god knows whether he is saying the truth or not.

yup .. am still waiting for some news from USCIS......
 
My file was transferred to the San Jose office for them to schedule an interview about two weeks after I did my 2nd fingerprinting.

Keep us posted if any of you got it approved . The current prosessing date shows November 2003 and my RD is October 2002 and my RFE was recieved in MAy 2004....god knowswhat is happening
