Anyone recieved this dissapointing message

My lawyer did an inquiry into my case on 1/10/05 , today i recieved a letter saying they are currently working on cases form 12/19/02 ,My Rd is 5/3 /02 FP done 11/20/04 so what kind of message is this when they see they have passed my receipt date months ago.
Anyone familiar with officer 353 he signed the letter

Exactly the same message

Mine got approved long back and my wife's case is still pending. We made an inquiry on 01/10/05 and got the same exact message as you with 353 as officer. I don't know who it is???
