my wife's card arrived a couple of days ago and the online message changed form 'approval' to 'card ordered' to 'card mailed'. but for my case, the online message is still 'approval'. has anyone got the plastic card while the online message didn't change from 'approval'.

There are some people who even after the Approval Notice came, went for stamping etc, still showed Finger Printing status online.
ct485, yes, you can still track it using your EAC#. It will show the progress, but if it doesnt change, doesnt mean that nothing is happening.
