Anyone Received FP notice recently

Hi,

My I485 was received by INS on 2/26/01 and assigned with number WAC-01-132-XXXXX. I haven\'t yet received FP notice while my friend whose application was filed 5 days before mine got his FP notice at the end of March and did his FP in early April. I\'m getting rather concerned and frustrated as the calendar is already fliped to late April. Am I the only person who got left behind or are there anyone else in the similar situation?

Any information would be greatly appreicated!

Did not got FP yet, but i am in Chicago and my company is based in
California. My labor, I-140 and I-485 are filed at CSC.

Because i am living in Chicago does that make a difference?

BBMM I can understand your frustration..if i am right people like AN whose wac-01-124-**** still hasn\'t received FP notice...whereas i with wac-01-124- got mine.....so wait for a few more days..also I can understand ur concern about end of april..come may 01 and all new 485 applications (eb2 and eb3 from India and China ) would flood CSC again...like those articles have mentioned ins would really be a agency from hell..

Hi Afzal,

Yes, my information has been available on AVM since the day I received my receipt. Although my lucky friend has received his FP notice and AP approval, both of his case numbers are reported not found on the AVM. I\'m really confused...

My WAC 01-099-XXXXX, still have not received FP notice. Very frustrating too.
I am located at San Jose.

EB2/RIR .My WAC is 01-131-xxxx. RD 2/23/01 ND is 03/15.

Spoke to IIO the other day. She says case in file would be assigned to officer in 2 weeks. She says in 2 weeks time many officers will be back at their cubicles from another assigned duty. I didn\'t quite get it.

Hi,

Thanks to all who responded. I gathered INS probably is not putting much efforts on new I485 applications but other tasks. Hopefully, they will resume the priority of I485 soon so that everyone who\'s still anxiously waiting will receive the FP therefore the final approval.

 No AP,EAD,FP....It may take another couple of weeks we may get our Advance Parole atleast.
