Anyone not receiving decision on EAD(C09) 90 days after ND?

Anyone know what\'s going on with EAD(c31) process at INS? I saw most people get EAD(C09) within 2 months but mine takes more than 90 days and has not receive any decision through AVM yet. anyone in the same boat? I filed my EAD(c09) application with my I-485 at the same time.
