Still no news...

Last week called TSC and talked to IIO.
After 1 hour on hold I had this dialog.
Me: "Hello, I\'m ... How are you doing?"
IIO:"What do you need...?"
Me: "Status of my case". Provided receipt number.
IIO: "Case is ready to be adjudicated, but is pending (not with the officer)".
Me: "When it will be assigned to the officer?"
IIO: "We are working with cases, filed on or before 05/99". Period.

Well, looks like we have to tolerate all this for a while...

Anyone else, who filed the same time?

I am not from India/China either. My case is EB3, RD 11/99, ND 11/99, FP 01/2000, SRC00038. Still waiting. Called TSC in mid Dec last year and was told that they are still processing 5/99 cases. Hope it will be our term soon.

Talked to an IIO in mid-December and told me that would take another 90 days to get to my case. Good luck to you all.
