It's so frustrating to see so many people filed me after me got I-140 approved. My RD is September 17, 2002, EAC0228551xxx. Anyone's date before me still here?:(

what did your lawyer says?

did you received your FP?

But one person in other forum also waited for 25 months for 140... after approving his 140 USCIS have approved his 485 in just 2 months later...

so don't worry...
 
Hi i am also waiting a little later than you from oct 2002 - eb2 category. Filed a enquiry more than 2 months, but no reply.It's long wait for me...:(
 
Waiting since Oct

Filed in October 2002, RFE replied in August 2003 and waiting......Frustrating ............

EAD Renewal Filed in Jan 2004...Waiting.....
AP Reciept Date Jan 2004..........Waiting
 
My attorney called National Service Center more than two months ago, but nothing replied. They contacted the center again last week at my request. Nothing else seems can be done. My FP for I-485 is Oct 2002. Just frustrating more than ever…

EB1 ,2 or 3 etc , labor NIW etc would be helpful to others .

Howmany times did your lawyer try to initiate the enquiry on your case ?

Could you scan some 100 EAC numbers in your series +100 and -100,

What I meant was, Assume your eac number is 0210053400
then scan from 0210053300 to 0210053500, so that you will get an idea, whether you are the only one left or are there many people like yourself.
