Holiday season is over but you dont see any difference....

I think they are cleaning up the first half of fiscal year.

Oct-00 to Mar-01 is the first half of the fiscal year for INS. Once they are all done with the first half they will start processing the second half which starts with April01. Just a guess..

Called IIO change my address this morning,share some info:

1. VSC is still on 15th, Mar. Cases.
I guess it\'s a standard answer. Maybe there is a senior officer in VSC who can order IIOs to change the answer.
I don\'t think it\'s the real situation that VSC is still on Mar. Cases, but we never know what exactly inside VSC

2. For I-140CP, INS will get your file by itself, we do nothing.
