Choose option 1(english) -2-6 which will get you to a customer rep. Give them r a receipt number that doesn't show up online and a PD date a few months earlier than posted processing date for your DO. They may say they need to open service request, but tell them you don't want a service request but to escalate and transfer the call to someone else. If they refuse, tell them to check with supervisor as you have done it in past with no problems..If all fails and they still don't want to transfer your call, then call back and speak with someone else..I've always been able to get through by doing this.
Note: This method should only be used for applicants who have waited for than 6-7 months since their PD and want an update on their case in order to prevent IOs from being bogged down with inquiries from applicants with more recent PDs.
