Anyone know where the INS office in Newark, NJ is located - for emergency AP

Hello Folks,

I am on EAD and applied for AP 3 months ago. Still have not got it. Somebody mentioned that I can walk into the INS office in Newark, NJ and get the AP. Has anybody done this? Which INS building in Newark, NJ do I go to?
