AVM changed for me on 1/18 to "processing resumed".

For my wife it still says "Fp notice sent..."

Anyone experienced similiar situation !! What should I be doing in this case ?

For me the message still says \'being reviewed blah..blah". I did my fP on 12.12.01.
Also, my wife has still not got her FP yet.

So relax you are in much better shape.

But the IIO said they cannot do anything about it. TOld me to send fax inquiry to CSC. I (my attorney) sent three faxes but no response from INS.
