Hello Guys,

Is there anyone in the East Bay Area with WAC#286(or around that #) with no AP/EAD/FP yet ??

RD : 8/18/01
ND : 9/17/01
EB3/India

Gurus, please advise what should I be doing !!

ND 8/6/2001. WAC-01-281-xxx.

No AP, no EAD, no FP. San Jose. EB2 China. PD 12/00.

Attorney sent fax inquiries w.r.t my AP/EAD, response was they are
still not assigned to an officer yet.

I guess there is nothing I can do except just wait. This is very annoying as I originally planned for a trip back home during Xmas. Now I\'m stuck here.
