i have a interview for june 2008 which is my second interview for i130.already do i485 but it went bad so now i have a stoke interview for next year june 2008.any experience with that please post.
 
thank you praetorianXI i read it and i also make a copy thank you the reason why i was denied because i.o ask my husband where i use to live first before we got married hubby forgot.then he ask him where my brother live hubby said with his wife i.o said where is that he told him.but the man who fill out my immigration paper put on my form that my brother live with me in a different apartment since its my brother house. which he doesn't so hubby was right but i.o see it on the form that my brother live with us.what you think ?should i go with a lawyer yes or no
 
if you already hired a lawyer and he is not charging you extra for this, then take him.

if you and your husband feel like you will feel better with a lawyer there, then get one, but a lawyer can not do anything for you... only make sure you are not asked anything out of order... aside from that, he can not answer questions for you.

It is your decision. Go through that Interview Q&As with your hubby and prepare yourselves.

we are together for six years now what they expect for him to remember that.but we just got married from 2006 i need that prayer thank you
