Anyone has experience to apply AP/EAD at seattle local office? Thanks

I did that.

and learned the lesson.
on 1/2x/2001 I sent in my EAD application. was told no photo required \'cause they will take my picture when they interview me. after 55 days got letter from them, it said my case has been forward to NSC. So basically I am waiting for NSC to issue an RFE or whatever that is so I can send them my photos.

so forget about local office. send your application to NSC.
