Anyone has an I-130 pending at Nebraska Service Center??

Hello everyone,

Does anyone has an I-130 (LPR filing for spouce and ...) pending in Nebraska? Currently they are processing cases with priority dates of April 2001 and this has not changed for years (2-3 years). Right now, immigrant visa numbers are available for those who filed in this category in April 2001 and this means that if they get their approval they can immediately file their I-485 ... but it seems that the NSC is not going to process these cases anytime soon.

Does anyone has any experience in this categoty with NSC. Has anyone gotten approval from NSC for I-130s filed arounf April 2001 or after that???

It turns out that the California Service Center did a fantastic job and is processing cases in this category with priority dates of DEC 2004. A jump from 2001 to 2004 in one month !!!

Any feedback would greatly be appreciated...

Also does anyone have an I-130 petition (Permanent Resident Filing for spouce ...) at Texas filed after 4/2000?
If so, have you received any decision? I would greatly appreciate any response of any kind :))
