Anyone got questioned or denied in Regards of Advertisement

Has anyone got denied or questioned regarding advertiement in terms of missing company name, unclear of work area, insufficent job description or no contact name, etc.

My company placed an advertisement couple of month ago with no job description/title on it. I may use this ad for my perm.

Is it true that only very few of the applicants were required to send copies of advertisement?

Please share if you have any comments.
 
Why do you want to risk it by cutting corners to save advertisement costs? Make sure your newspaper ads are in compliance with the requirements in the PERM regulation. It may cost around $700 to $1000 or so for two Sunday newspaper ads. Good luck!
