Anyone got LUD on 12/10/2004 and what happen?

I got I485 LUD on 12/10/2004 but after that nothing happens.

Can anybody with similiar LUD change and share your experience.

Approved after LUD on 12/10/2004

Our case was approved on Dec 30th after LUD1 on 12/10/2004. Message remained te same after LUD1.

mine lud changed on 12-10-2004 and then nothing happened, still the same. this is very frustrating.

It looks like there a huge number of LUD change on 12/10/2004 for pending I485 applicants compared with other LUD change date. I don't know if there is any particular reason for it. Anybody can have a bold reasonalble guess?
 
My LUD was 12/08 and no change since then. Is it possible that cases are assigned to different case officers (inferring from LUD changes)?

12/30 Called the VSC
12/30,12/31 no msg chage may be because of my call.

PD (Date LC was filed): 1/23/2002,
Date 485 filed: 2/17/04 (EB3)
Date FP notice received: 10/17/04 (140 was approved in July 2004)
LUD1 for 485: 11/16/2004 (FP result was received and case was resumed)
LUD2 for 485: 12/20/2004 (message did not change, I wonder if it is triggered by my renewal applications for EAD and AP submitted on 12/17/2004)

Will keep on waiting for years... Now I need to wait for the PD to become current before they will touch my 485 in the future.

Question: LUD msg says FP received, process resumes. Does it mean the name check at FBI is cleared?

I think they are different things. Your LUD should be related to your Finger Print. There is no way to know if the name check done or not by the 485's LUD. You might need to send email/fax to FBI to see if your name check has been done. Just search in this forum to find out the ways to contact FBI, including the sample letters.

I too have my latest LUD change of 12/10/2004. I called VSC sometime during middle of Dec month to check my case pulse. I was told that they received my FP on 12/10. I think this must have been a Name check because they already received my FP on Sep 27. How can they receive again?

She also said to expect a decision in 3-4 weeks time... So Counting... When I am out, I will start the count again...

Yes, I would like to know the phone number to call VSC too. My LUD changed on 11/29 and the message was "FP received...resumed processing"
The consequent LUD changes were 12/08 and 12/29 without any change in the message.

I would like to call and check my status to see what is going on.

Aaah !! Nice to hear that there are ppl with LUD changes on 12/29. Same here
