anyone got I140 RFE?

even i got the same RFE as the one's u have stated.
My company sent the RFE response on 9th of this month... and today when i cheked the online status it says that they have received it and will take bet. 90 and 485 days.
god knows still how many days is it goin to take for approval...!!
It has already been more than an year........ :(

I-140 Solo EB2 ND 11/01/2002 RFE Nov 2003 EAC03025XXXXX.
 
EB3, concurrent filing, I140 RFE on educational eval/experience on 10/28/2003, RFE received by INS on 11/28/2003, still waiting

I am also waiting for I-140 approval and I got RFE in similar timeframe as yours. Pl post on this thread if you get approval.

BCIS RFE received my RFE on DEC 15. MY lawyer told he got the similar case 2 months back (2001 w2 tax statemets) and it was cleared in 10 weeks. So we also hope same.

EB2 - RIR - Concurrent.

I got a similar RFE as you guys asking my W-2 tax form for 2001 and also the company's ability to pay by asking them their financial statements.

It would be a great help if ppl can post how their lawyers responded to similar queries ....

My company had suffered losses in 2001 & 2002 and so my lawyer has to accordingly show that its doing good this year (which it is) and somehow prove that. Any suggestions ?

RFE Details:
Labor sub. used for my application was originally approved in 2000. INS is asking for 2000 and 2002 years company fianancial info/Tax Returns.
 
140 EB2 Approved after RFE

I had been following up with this forum for past few months. This forum had given me lots of hope and insight on immigration process.

My 140 got approved today on Dec 19th 2003. Mine is a unique case and here are the details:

I work for Company A and Company B agreed to file 140 based on substitution labor. I got 140 approved thru Company B

Concurrent processing of 140 EB2 category, EAD, AP, 485

Receipt Date - Aug 11th 2003
140 RFE Date - Sept 29th 2003
RFE on substitution labor and company's ability to pay since I am not on Company B's payroll
RFE Reply Date - Nov 18th 2003
The reply message stated that they received the RFE reply and it takes between 90 - 485 days to process this kind of case.........
140 Approval Date - Dec 19th 2003

EAD, AP, 485 --- Pending

Will keep you updated on EAD and AP...

I was just checking online status and found that my I-140 got approved.

Today finally I got my I-140 approved ....... oh god what a frustration..!!! Lets c now how the I-485 goes on. But in the first place, I would like to thank you all for sharing your cases and opinins. Without which its difficult to wait for long. I had mental support thru this forum.
