Anyone got I140 approved in May by NSC (Nebraska Service Center)?

I-140 -> NVC (May 2002) - CP Process

My I-140 was approved on 05/28/02 and i am waiting when NVC will recieve the application. I think it is going to take atleast 30+ days.

I just called NVC and found out that my case has been received yesterday. It only took me 15 days to get through this step. cool, huh?
I\'m very happy now.
 
My AD is 5/30 at NSC, but the file not reached at NVC yet

Looking at www.cptracker.com, NSC seems to be way too behind sending the approved I-140s to NVC. Average turn-around is minimum 60 days, and I saw someone waited even for more than 100 days. Average for any other service centers is less than 30 days......

NSC is usually much faster at approving I-140, but once it gets approved, whoever is responsible to send it NVC is goofing around?

Does anyone know what is causing the big turn around??? I am getting really concerned.
 
I am in the same boat as U guys.

I-140 approved on 05/13 but NVC has still not received the approval.When I spoke to the operator,she asked me to wait for 90 days or so.Now that\'s ridiculous.How come U guys managed to get the case # created so soon? Vsats,what was the format of the approval that you have mentioned earlier?
 
I-140 RD is 4/8/2002

and my case is EB3, no RIR. As of today, my file (case) has not been reached at NVC.....
 
NVC Update

I just spoke to operator in the NVC. She told me that they recieved my case at NVC on 06/14. She also told me that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to generate the case number and fwd to petitioner.

My AD is 5/22 - file still not recd. at NVC.

Anybody around or after this date whose - please share if your file is recd. at NVC.. info. greatly appreciated.

When I checked operator told me

that my papers were received on 06/10 and it would take a week to create a case #.Wonder why they tell different time frames?

My turn should be next...... AD I-140 5/30. Have your fingers cross for me..... My file has not been reached to NSC yet.

Is their database updated frequently? I keep checking with the automated database using my I-140 LIN#. Perhaps, I should talk to an operator to find out my status?

You will get a hit on your 140 Lin# only AFTER the NVC has created a case for you, typically a week or so after they receive your case.

You can try talking to an operator to see if your 140 has been received.
