Anyone got FP notice from NSC filed in Sep/Oct 2006?

Hi

I filed 485/EAD/FP in NSC, ND on 485 receipt shows Oct10, but haven't received FP notice yet, wondering if anyone who filed around that date or later received FP notice yet ?

feelinglucky - I noticed your ND is also the same, did you hear from NSC or any LUDs ?

my mailing date was sep-23 , looks like they took the applications in bunches and sent receipts.

immigration watch shows current action on applications received between 08/01/06~09/15/06 (not sure if this notice or receipt date), anyway hope to see some action on our applications soon :)
 
though my 485 ND was oct-10, received a LUD on oct-13, wonder what that LUD was for? is there always a LUD after sending 485 receipt ... anyone?

we received our FP notices scheduled for 11/21 ... seems like they have processed based on 485 receipt dates

When did you file your case and what was the recipt date. My case was filed on Sep 12 and no receipt yet. When should i expect my FP. I am planning to visit back home at the end of december
 
Filed on Spet 5th and got the appt for 15th of Nov:

Could you please answer my questions about the FP (CODE 3):
- How early I need to be on the CIS office before the appointment time?
- Do they allow early bird (like first come first in).
- Would it be issue to take my 1 year old son?
- How much I have to pay ( $70 like in EAD “code 2” ) and do I have to carry casher check for that or personal checks should be fine.

(i just noticed my RD is 9/22 not 9/23 as mentioned in one of my earlier replies)

you may want to look at trackitt to see if those who applied around your time have received it yet, also you may want to check with your lawyer to see if they received a copy of your FP notice.
 
Receipt Notice Date is the key.

NSC is working on the applications based on Notice date [not received date]. If you check trackitt.com and sort it based on Receipt Notice date you will see the trend. Its pretty clear.
My RD is 9/27 but ND is 10/19..... so I am expecting I will be the next...lol
