Anyone Got EAD for Aug'02 Filings

Hi Guys,

I filed my 485 / EAD / AP on 08/13/02. My RD is 08/19/02.
I filed it when my I-140 was pending with concurrent filing. My I-140 got approved on 08/23/02.
Me and My wife have already got the AP Approved on 09/14/02.
Finger is done and 485 msg shows that processing resumed on Sept 10th.
We have not yet recieved our EAD approvals and in Mid Jan'03 my H1B would be expiring.
I will be filing for H1-B extension by last week of Dec.

Has anyone recieved any EAD apporvals or any news about EADs. Or anyone in the same boat.

I filed 485/EAD on Aug 27th... concurrent filing with I-140 - which was filed May 30th. My I-140 is not approved yet.. when did you file I140? curious.

I did not receive anything from INS..
but we walked to San Jose INS and got iEAD for 8 months - we did this on Tuesday Dec 3rd
