I have seen from RD some have gotten EAD in less than 2 months, but more commonly I have seen 2 months 2 weeks from RD, but these were people who did not have any Rfes. What did you get an Rfe for? People have said that it can delay the EAD. good luck

My green card has been approved, but my EAD is still happily pending at NBC

I had an RFE for Tax stuff and Chicago forgot to schedule me for biometrics, so I'm sure that's the reason my EAD wasn't approved.

See timeline....I am currently at day 69 since filing, 55 days since my fingerprinting, and 60 days since my last LUD.

Biting my nails hoping my EAD card arrives prior to the 26th (expiry of TN).
