What to choose AOS or CP.

Do I need Police clearance from US or just from my country only ( I live in US for few years now), If so , how can I obtain police clearance in US.

Do I need Afidavid of Support ? - I am on H1B visa status ....

I'm also from Poland working in US on H1B visa and also DV-2006 winner. I also have dilemma which path to choose - AOS or CP.

Let me know which path have you decided to choose.

Guys,

My advice is CHOOSE CP!
I am doing AOS and I have been waiting to be called for an interview for the past 4 1/2 months!!! I have a lawyer who made an inquiry of my case and still waiting to hear from USCIS - very tough game!
At this stage, I am not sure if I will be able to complete the entire AOS process on time, so if I were you I would definitely proceed with CP!
