Anyone from March/April 03 waiting for 140?

Is there anyone from March/April 2003 ND waiting for their I-140 approval ? It is almost 7 months since I filed and even my RFE response was sent 2 months back. Just wanted to know if there are others also waiting or am I the only one ? If so, should I call the BCIS to find out if my file fell through the cracks ?

I am still waiting since April, ND is April 24 03, EB3-RIR Concurrent. No RFE.

I am waiting since Apr 03 - I have called the customer service
last week and they told me that it is taking 7 months to process
these kind of cases and asked me to call them again if i dont
see any progress by Nov 02 and then they would enqurie further

answered rfe on june 18 and june 19th was last date and nothing happenned till now ... so i guess i just need to wait and see .... i dont know if theya re waiting to deny my 140 .... i dont know ... if they have to deny .. then i dont understand what are they waiting for............................praying god and hoping for the best

i called BCIS up and they told me it is taking 10 months

RD/ND: May 03. Replied RFE and BCIS obtained info Oct 6th. Still no reply. My online status states that it is taking between 150-180 days to process. I am still waiting and hoping for the best.

I filed I485 concurrent with my wife as derivative.

is there any reason why I-140 has slowed down this year? it has basically spoilt a lot of future plans for everyone i know
