Received the follwoing update on my I-765

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On September 25, 2007, we ordered production of your new card.

Does it mean EAD approved?

My husband just got an email from our lawyer that our receipt arrived. Please check my signature for our details..thanks
 
Checks cashed - Aug 13th

I mailed my 140/485/EAD forms on 10th August (INS received Aug13th) I got my checks cashed today and can see my receipt # on the back. btw, it went to Nebraska
 
Yes, based on my experience.

In my case on 19th I saw same message and on 25th I saw case approved.
On 27th I got EAD for me & wife. Keep an eye on your mailbox !! :)

My mailing date a day earlier. I am yet to receive any receipts. did your attorney get it or you got it post?Any inputs. Congrats on getting ahead.
 
Got my receipts

Finally, I got my receipts number from Lawyers today.

My details are:
Filed to NSC on Jul 23, 2007
Receipt date seems like: Sep 25, 2007

It shows status as:
On September 25, 2007, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our LINCOLN, NE location for processing.

The receipt number starts with WAC. What does that mean?
 
I-485 Reciepting

Hello All,
I was wondering if any of the August filers who got the reciepting notice from NSC had their I-140 approved from TSC.
I filed my AOS applications on August 6th (recieved on Aug 8th at NSC), but my I-140 is pending at TSC....no reciept notices yet. I am wondering if my applications might have been transferred to TSC since my I-140 is pending at TSC.

I am almost same situations as yours but my I-140 got approved on 24th aug and my 485 package was received on 6th Aug. No receipt yet though.....

Any aug filers who is this situations...

After going through the website, I called the 1800 number hoping to find out my 140/485 applications filed on July 17th as no information is available. I was told by the customer representative that to have any further enquiry, I need to cross the 90 days. Then I asked him whether the fact that I have not heard back from the department in any way indicates some negative findings on my application, he said it is just administrative delay.
 
I had two statuses changed. One is EAD approval notice sent and the other is that 485 is being processed at the office it is transferred to. Mine went NSC->CSC->NSC.
