Okay, thanks for the info. That is scary though no approval after 90 days, cause I once had a horrible experience with that. It happened to me once long time ago, and I went to Federal Plaza after 90 days to get an interim ead, at that time I was on V1 status. For the life of me I couldn't understand why an Immigration officer would argue with me saying my husband didn't file for my greencard, when he should have known that V1 status are also supposed to get work permit if they apply. Anyway, after he realized his mistake he said -" said oh well, people in Missouri aren't doing their job and now they are sending cutomers here. Sorry, you can't get interim work permit and you gotta wait for them to send you a permit".Thus I lost a good job cause my ead didn't come on time. it did come 2 months later if I remember correctly.
Just sharing an awful experience, not saying it will happen to you.
