Anyone else waiting for I-140 ND Oct 2002

Is anyone else in the same boat as I am?

Still waiting for I-140
ND : OCt 21, 2002 (that's right, Oct '02)
Labor Sub, EB3
Concurrent I140/I485. FD done in Feb 2003.
2 EAD's approved
No LUDs since then.

Contacted Senator office and they said that the case is with an officer, you should hear from USCIS in 30 - 60 days or even less. 30 days passed,not heard anything.

Company lawyer put in 3 enquiries, not heard any reply for any of them. They say they don't know what else to do.

Feeling hopeless and frustrated. Company in bad shape and may close. Don't know what to do? Any ideas?

October 2002, still not received your I140 cleared.. Its really frustrating, I can understand. But have you completed your finger printing yet?

You can ask your HR folks to call INS and initiate a query again and probably wait for the next 10-15 days or else contact your Senator in your area.

Three enquirires have been put in already and no answer. Company lawyers says that there should be atleast 30 days between enquiries.
 
Yes your attorneys are correct! There should be 30 days between each referrals. Since you have already contacted the senator wait for the specified time (60 days) and again try with the senator. Also I read someone in the forum had contacted the Governor... So it is not bad idea to do so too. Try with your congressman too. All u can do now is to try all avenues.

My ND is October 2002, Company initiated 2nd inquiry.

2nd EAD Approved
AP Approved
Fingerprinting done in March 2003 - 2nd Fingerprintin notice recd.

Seeing so many concurrent approvals keeps my hope alive. Will see it someday soon - I140 approved - I485 approved......

Sigh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
