anyone can tell me How long it takes for H1b petition after LCA approved in PA

I am in mechanicsburg(near hurrisburg),PA
My company just got the LCA approved last week.
My CPT will expire March,2003

Now I am filling i-129
not sure if I need that platinum services

any suggestion will be appreciated.
